About our Canadian Sphynx cattery
Our Sphynx cats are not entirely naked – they have whiskers. As an officially approved Sphynx cat breeder, we comply with the Austrian Animal Welfare Act and are registered with Austria’s largest breeding associations (FIFe, Ă–VEK) under the strictest guidelines.
A Sphynx Cat Breeder Focused on Health & Preservation
Our purebred hairless Sphynx cats have internationally recognized pedigrees over many generations, including titles such as WC, SC, GICH, GCH, ICH, and CH. Every cat in our breeding program is:
- HCM and PKD negative – screened annually by a veterinary cardiologist
- Tested for hereditary diseases, FIV and FeLV negative
- Examined for parasites with regular fecal profiles
Our kittens grow up in our home with full family connection. They get to know children, dogs, birds, and everyday household noises – ensuring they are well-socialized and confident.

Our Waiting List
Due to high demand, the estimated waiting time is approximately one year. We do not maintain an open waiting list – if you are interested in welcoming a Sphynx into your family, please contact us directly to introduce yourself.
As a responsible Sphynx cat breeder, we prefer to meet every potential owner personally. We take time to find the ideal home for each of our kittens.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Our Canadian Sphynx have a fine downy coat covering their body and – importantly – visible whiskers. This distinguishes ethically bred Sphynx in accordance with Austrian animal welfare standards.
All breeding cats are HCM and PKD screened annually, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and undergo genetic disease panels. Every kitten leaves with a comprehensive health certificate.
No cat is truly hypoallergenic. However, some people with cat allergies tolerate Sphynx better due to their minimal fur. We recommend spending time with a Sphynx before making any decision.
We prefer to get to know potential owners personally before any commitment. Please reach out to introduce yourself – we’re happy to answer your questions and explain our process.
Whiskers (vibrissae) are essential sensory organs for cats. Breeding Sphynx without whiskers is considered harmful and is prohibited under Austrian animal welfare law. Our cats are „extreme shorthair“ – not truly naked.
